Bringing the best Windows 10 and OS X El Capitan user experience to everyone
Since I was busy with Windows 10 Transformation/UX Pack project so I could hardly have time to update anything else. After finishing Windows 10 stuff, here’s an update for UXTheme Multi-Patcher that supports Windows 10. This should be a good sign for upcoming release of Yosemite Transformation Pack to support Windows 10 as well.

As some people reported strange issues with version 11.0, I tried improving UxStyle to be more compatible in Yosemite/Windows 8 updates. Back then I used to have issues too like restarting computer and get classic theme on startup, changing theme but get classic theme sometimes. But now I haven’t seen any problem like that anymore in Windows 7/8/8.1. I think it’s ready for pushing another update to make sure everything is sorted out well.

After long month of visiting parents, I’m finally back to my place now so I started fixing UXTheme project right away. I’ve resolved issues more than I thought so I think everyone should reinstall this version to make sure that your theme engine is in touch without fail. For users having trouble with glass having redrawing bugs in iTunes, fade effects and so on, Re-installing without Aero glass transparency can fix it but you’ll lose transparency support in return.

I recently discovered about the root cause of black screen bug in OS X Mavericks Transformation Pack 3.x. It was caused by improper modification of explorerframe.dll resources with help from deviantart user ‘VasiliKoslov’. This guide will tell you how to uninstall bugged version of OS X Mavericks Transformation Pack before installing fixed ones.

With black screen solution proposed by Alex Ong (eXAKR), I created emergency patcher while waiting for Rafael’s official updates with black screen bug fixed. I also include adding UxStyle service in safe mode as Rafael suggested to do too. It’s highly recommend to apply this fix if you’re running custom themes with UxStyle, UXTheme Multi-Patcher, Windows 8 Transformation/UX Pack or OS X Mavericks Transformation/UX Pack.
If you already have black screen problem and have trouble running this fix, press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to invoke Task Manager and run new task from there.
