Finally, our lifeliner Lee is back in action again. He's just released another fabulous of ViGlance Summer Edition 2. Now it supports drag/drop and some jumplist features like recent files associated with application. I hope he'll complete jumplist and throw some works in ViStart (and maybe ViSplore) so I can kick dust out of Seven Transformation Pack and make another glory day again. Be sure download and comment it in http://www.lee-soft.com/viglance/ Oh, this works well in Windows 7 x64 now.

The wait is over. The most versatile and blazing awesome transformation pack for OS X fans is released with new standard that even surpasses Seven Transformation Pack. It has incredibly easy and cool system user interface for installing and maintaining. At this moment, it supports only Windows Vista/7 only so if you're using these platforms and you're OS X fanboy, don't hesitate to give it a try. It's 100% safe and secure from heavy testing for weeks.

Though I planned to release this in June but it seems finishing this part is taking me longer than I thought. Well, I understand many people are desperate to try this out at least some people in previous post commented this. At this point, I could say it's at least 70% done for release. I need to finish uninstallation part, graphics in UI part, testing part and waiting for excellent theme to be done so I can release it. For now, let me show my progress in Welcome Center.

After 7.0 release, I was told by a few users that patcher cause their system unstable. Some case specified this issue specially in explorer. The possible conclusion I came up with is non-English version of Windows 7 (or maybe Vista? I guess not since I didn't hear much about this in Seven Transformation Pack but who knows) isn't compatible with patched English version of theme engine files patched data is machine specific which will cause system unstable in some machine configurations. For whatever reason, I've switched patching engine to solely dedicated deepxw's universal theme patcher and release this as frontend though I really can't say this will fix it for sure due to some reports in Test Edition of Snow Transformation Pack that has very similar issue despite I use universal theme patcher.

Yeah. This project didn't get any update for over one year after unstable x64 and Vista patching attempts so I guess nobody would be using this by now. However, I've just realized this project is still in top download chart of some websites I visit so I think it's my responsibility to immediately update this for the sake of people who keep downloading it. This version is a complete rewrite based on latest code from released Seven Transformation Pack and upcoming Snow Transformation Pack so it's pretty much guaranteed that you'll see it working fine in both x86 and x64 platforms up to Windows 7.

Since Vista Transformation Pack, I occasionally receive requests about making transformation pack for Mac OS X. To be honest, I'm not really interested in since there're couple of transformation packs floating around for Windows XP in that time and I don't have time to spare for that since I was really busy with current ones. But recently, Lee is now busy with his final year of university so I don't think new version will come out anytime soon. I think this is the right time to make ones for OS X.

It's been a while since last release 4.0. The overall feedback so far is good for updates...I mean less bugs than expected from first release of rewritten ViStart. Right now Lee, our life-line coder for popular ViStart and ViGlance is very busy with his life and is in mess now so let's wish for his best fortune to get through them all well and come back soon. We all miss him and his amazing works.

In December 2007, Opera Software filed a complaint with the European Commission. In January 2009, the latter formulated against Microsoft charges of abuse of dominant position with the tying of Internet Explorer with Windows, and thus equip IE about 90% of PCs worldwide. After finishing university's lifestyle and obtain behalor degree, I started working on real jobs and this consumed me most of the time more than before. As a result, I could hardly spend time checking on every single email and watching posts in community to provide support. The only method I can easily provide for support is now Twitter since I can check it from my phone. Please follow my twitter @windowsx and tweet me with @windowsx so I can check it out. You may use #7TP for Seven Transformation Pack's related tweets. Early adopters watching closely the evolution of the next generation of the Office System, undoubtedly already know that Microsoft has announced officially the first Release Candidate for Office 2010. There’s no doubt that Windows 8 planning is in full swing, and has been in fact for the most part of 2009, but additional aspects of Windows 7’s successor are less clear, as whether actual coding has kicked off, and then some details are down-right unknown even to Microsoft, such as a specific general availability

Happy New Year from Windows X's Live team, we wish you all the best for the year 2010.
Windows 7 was released to manufacturing on July 22nd, 2009, along with Windows Server 2008 R2, and both platforms made it to customers by October 22nd, 2009, with the client flavor of the OS being the last to reach the general availability stage. As far as Microsoft is concerned, Windows 8 details should be kept under a tight lid, and the company is doing a near perfect job out of keeping mum on any information related to the next iteration of the Windows client and server operating systems.
