Late last year Google has added a chat feature video directly within Gmail. Thus in downloading a small plug contacting the webcam and microphone of the computer, users can conduct conversations multimedia directly from the web service. This feature now extends within iGoogle. Lately, the company's Mountain View seemed redoubled her efforts on a personalized start page iGoogle. Indeed, the latter now hosts a series of gadgets community to share photos, play online or to publish its activity status to how Twitter. Strengthening its chat module, Google places then this page in the center of its community strategy that remains for the moment unpopular. Note however that it is now possible to communicate with people with a Google Account generic but not necessarily using Gmail. Remember that Google is working on a new product called Google Wave. This new communications platform mix email, instant messaging, community network and collaborative work. The first beta of Google Wave is scheduled for September.
